Realign My Life came into existence when I discovered an appreciation for hypnotherapy and the way that clients used it to deeply connect with their true selves. It was a way to create a safe and protected space for people to set aside their conscious minds and allow their subconscious to easily and naturally begin to dispel old mindsets and self limiting beliefs. The old patterns were then replaced with powerful new mindsets with limitless potential. Further, I noticed that clients began taking that potential and turning it into reality in their own lives.

Some people have thought that hypnotherapy involves using a pendulum and I have met people who want to know if I make people do silly and embarrassing things while hypnotised. Neither is true. I don’t need a pendulum (although it looks like a bit of fun). And I don’t have people running around like mad chooks. This seems to be quite funny, but wont help us achieve our desired therapeutic outcomes.

Many people know just how successful hypnotherapy is in helping people to stop smoking. Studies and experience show that it is also very helpful for other challenges, such as anxiety, sleep issues, nightmares, phobias and even supporting people who wish to change their mindsets and limiting beliefs.
